Who will this help?
Everyone and anyone, including you. The most common mistake we hear is that you need to be fit and healthy already. This is totally false and not a prerequisite.
The idea is that we are going to give you the coaching, the tools and knowledge to become fit, healthy, mobile and functional again.
If you’re shy, old, overweight, unfit, uncoordinated, injury-prone, have existing injuries or anything else, it doesn’t matter at all.
What benefit is this to you?
Our private tuition is a face-to-face premium service where you will gain uninterrupted access to one or more of the most experienced parkour coaches in the world. We emphasise this because we are not the best performers, practitioners, competitors, speed runners or anything else… However, we have taught many of those types of people.
We have extended experience since 2005 in instructing Olympic athletes, Special forces soldiers, A-List celebrities, emergency services, seminars, government officials, convicted criminals, people with disabilities or special needs, practitioners in other countries, and much, much more… Which makes us uniquely qualified within real practical and functional movement.
What will you get?
Our private tuition allows you to focus on any subject you wish to improve practical and functional movement. From overcoming fundamental techniques, understanding strength training, improving your attributes or advice on recovery, assistance work, injury prevention or holistic living. Whatever it is, we can help.
Maybe you don’t have a specific topic, this is OK too… The coaches can also take the lead by judging what you would benefit most from.
