In a thrilling collaboration between London Parkour and the British Army, Andy Pearson, owner of London Parkour, introduced soldiers with no previous parkour experience to the fundamentals of freerunning. Through a series of challenges focused on jumping, balancing, vaulting, climbing, and moving, the soldiers pushed their physical and mental limits, learning new skills and building confidence.
