Wall Handstand

The Lesson

Demonstrate a wall-supported handstand position for twenty seconds.

Your hands must be within two steps (heel-to-toe) of the base of the wall.

You must perform both orientations of the handstand facing towards the wall and away from the wall three times for twenty seconds.

Your legs must be straight and you must maintain the position without moving the body.

This is a static (isometric) hold that used to test you arm pushing capability.
