TicTac 4
Lesson Level : 4
Two Foot Target
lesson

The Lesson

Repeat the same movement as level-3 using momentum and at least 2 paces away from the vault to jump into the tictac with one hand and one foot.

Draw a target on the ground with chalk or using any method appropriate and visible in the landing spot on the other side of the wall. The target should be a line on the ground that corresponds to how you will be landing.

On exiting the vault, instead of landing one foot, you will now land two feet together on your target. Your hand that was on the wall must no longer be in contact on landing.

Repeat three times on each side.
