Lesson Level : 1
Step 360 Step
lesson
The Lesson
Demonstrate the use of a 360 rotation to keep the momentum of the movements. Start with a step-vault over a hip-height wall/rail/obstacle and land straight into a 360 turn. Exit the 360 turn with another step-vault back over the obstacle further down.
After the first step-vault, you must land on one foot to dynamically move into the 360 turn.
As you exit the 360 degree turn, the momentum should make the entry of the step vault easier to perform.
The landing of the second step-vault can be of any type.
Use your hands to guide your position through the 360 turn.
Repeat three times in both directions.
