Second Vault

The Lesson
This is a repeat on the regular TicTac movement on a hip-height wall with a perpendicular wall using only the foot and no hands.
You must land on one foot only and with a maximum of one extra step, move straight into a second vault of your choosing.
There must not be any pausing or stopping and minimal fluctuation of speed.
Target the foot inline with the hip-height wall. Do not kick the wall before or after the position as this will cause slipping.
You must repeat three times using both sides and both feet. The second vault must ALSO be performed on the opposite side too.

Your momentum should be Stopped once you have taken off.
