The Lesson

Demonstrate a wall-run on a wall with no top-edge. Foot should kick at roughly hip-height on the wall with the ball of the foot. Use chalk or post-it notes to mark height on the wall.

You must reach over 1.5x head height on the wall.

This is to show correct foot placement and hand placement on the wall. Use the same side foot and hand to kick the wall and reach up.

You can use as much momentum as needed.

Repeat three times on each side.
