Hands Only

The Lesson
To achieve this level, you will require a wall at hip-height or greater connected to a second, perpendicular wall.
With this set-up, stand in the corner of where the two walls meet and place one hand on each wall.
Push with both hands, creating a stable structure and lift both feet off the ground. Pass both legs over the wall and land two feet on the other side of the wall.
You must repeat this three times in both directions making sure you do three reps with the left hand on the hip-height wall, and then three reps with the right hand on the wall.
