Foot Only

The Lesson

This is a repeat on the regular TicTac movement on a hip-height wall with a perpendicular wall. This must be done with momentum as you must now remove the hand completely and only use the foot on the wall.

Target the foot inline with the hip-height wall. Do not kick the wall before or after the position as this will lead to slipping.

You must repeat three times using both sides and both feet.
