Chest-Height

The Lesson

Demonstrate a wall-run to waist-cat position on a wall that is chest height or greater. Foot should kick at roughly hip-height on the wall with the ball of the foot.

This is to show correct foot placement and hand placement on top of the wall.

Change the foot that is kicking the wall and levering you up on top.

You can use as much momentum as needed.

Repeat three times on each side.
