3-Step Wall-run

The Lesson

Demonstrate a wall-run on a wall that is full-stretch height and catch the top edge - There is no requirement to hold the catch - Fingers must show a grip only for a second. Foot should kick at roughly hip-height on the wall with the ball of the foot.

You only have three paced steps for momentum.

You can use one hand or two hands over the top edge.

This is to show correct foot placement and hand placement on the wall. Use the same side foot and hand to kick the wall and reach up.

Repeat three times on each side.
