Wall Spin

The Lesson
Demonstrate a full wall-spin on a flat, upright, wall in both directions.
Similar to a palm-spin, however the hands are placed flat against a full-height wall, rather than on top of a low wall/rail. You must run and jump into the rotation to get enough height.
You feet must go over your head.
You must repeat three times in both directions.
You must land on your feet.
No mats can be used.

One hand is place facing down, the other facing up. Both flat against the wall.

Your orientation must be Finish facing the opposite of takeoff.
