Running Jump 5
Lesson Level : 5
Upwards Trajectory
lesson

The Lesson

The fifth level is to demonstrate a single-leg jump onto a knee-height or greater target with as many steps into the jump that is necessary.

The target curb/wall/step should be 7-steps (heel-to-toe) or greater from the takeoff point on the floor/ step/curb/wall that can be no higher than ankle-height.

This is to demonstrate an upwards trajectory in a running jump.

You can now take as many steps into the running jump as required to cover the distance.

Land in a precision on both feet on the target wall/curb/step.

You must repeat three times on each leg.
