The Lesson

Demonstrate that you can perform a cat-pass up onto a higher level. You can use some stairs, a bench, short wall, block or raised platform that is higher that knee height.

Perform the cat-pass placing your hands on the higher level and then landing your feet on the same level.

You must repeat five times at the same height or greater.

Palms must be flat with no steepling of the fingers and the thumb facing forwards.

No twisting onto one side. This is a bilateral movement where both sides of your body should be doing the same motion at the same time.

Momentum
Your momentum should be Stopped once you have landed.

The hands should be in a flat position, with the full palm touching. No steepled fingers or thumb tucked behind, raising the palm.
