Underbar Route

The Lesson

Perform any underbar (basic / turning / low / pike / speed) in a three movement route with two other vaults. One vault before, one vault after.

You must demonstrate a consistent speed both entering and exiting the underbar.

Repeat three times.

This must be performed on a hip-height railing that has a mid-height railing at knee-height.

You cannot sit on the mid-bar and the legs cannot touch the bar.
