Underbar Muscleup

The Lesson
Standing under a full-stretch height bar, jump up grabbing the bar in an underbar grip (Hands crossed, one underneath, one on top). Using the momentum of the jump and pull, Muscle-up on the far side using the underbar to aid speed.
Repeat twice on each side with hands in opposite underbar orientation.
You must start on thee ground and finish at your waist on the top of the bar.
