Two in a Row

The Lesson
Perform two speed-steps in a row with a maximum of three steps in between both movements. The walls must be hip-height or greater and no wider than a standard brick-length.
Each speed-step must have the foot make contact with the wall first with the hand second.
You can perform either an alternating speed-step where the second movement is the opposite of the first, or both are the same side. However, you must demonstrate the same number of vaults on each side. (I.e. there must be a minimum of 12 vaults in total, 6 with the left-foot and right-hand. 6 with the right-foot and left-hand.)
The hand must be a flat palm facing forwards.
