Lesson Level : 8
Thin-Wall Running
lesson

The Lesson

The eighth level is to demonstrate a single-leg running jump from the end of a hip-height or greater perpendicular wall onto an hip-height or greater target with as many steps into the jump that is necessary.

You should be running along a wall that is a maximum of one standard brick-length wide.

The target curb/wall/step should be 7-steps (heel-to-toe) or greater from the takeoff point. It must also be a maximum of a single brick-length width or less.

You can now take as many steps into the running jump as required to cover the distance.

Any landing is allowed on the target wall/curb/step.

You must repeat three times on each leg.

This is to demonstrate that you can jump a 7-step distance over a hip-height gap from the end of a wall that is one-brick length wide.
