The Lesson
Half crouch down with your feet between your arms, closer than shoulder width. Now staying in a low-gait position with your hips at the same height as your knees.
As you move forwards, your torso and head must stay still and at the same height.
walk forwards for 15 paces.
You cannot stop or stand up. You cannot sit down.
You must travel forwards without any stopping in between.
Your head must stay at the same height throughout the fifteen paces.
Repeat once.
