Step Turn Cat

The Lesson

This is to demonstrate you can perform a step-vault and move into a cat-leap (arm-jump) position on the other side of a wall. You should have the control and confidence to vault the obstacle with control.

The wall must be over hip-height from where your feet are in the start position. The wall on the opposite side must be over full-stretch height to the top.

You can do this on a wall or a wall with a rail.

The take-off can be a standing or running position.

Repeat three times on both sides of the step vault and turn into the cat-position.
