Slope Slide

The Lesson

Slide down a slope for a minimum distance of 5-steps in a splat-cat position with hands and feet touching the wall while keeping the position stable. Face down towards the wall.

Use a hill, slope, concrete sloped wall, metal girder, etc...

Hands and feet should not move. You should be in a stable isometric hold.

Repeat three times.

The splat-cat is used as a protective bail-technique to help control your fall if you fail a cat-leap.
