Skin the Cat

The Lesson
Demonstrate a skin-the-cat movement on a full-stretch bar or higher. Start in a dead-hang position on the bar, elevate your legs and hips, passing your feet over your head, under the bar, and between your hands.
Keep turning over until your legs are straight and your feet are pointing to the ground.
Now pull and return back to the dead-hang position.
Repeat three times, returning back to the dead-hang position.
Hands must be in a pronated grip on the bar.
