Six-step walls

The Lesson

Demonstrate three strides on four knee-height walls / thin obstacles. Each landing needs to be six steps (heel-to-toe) apart or greater.

Use walls / blocks / steps / bricks / wood / bollards or improvised obstacles.

Ball of the foot must land on the obstacle, alternating each leg.

You must be going at a consistent speed. No pausing or stopping.

You can turn or move in different directions during the strides.

Repeat three times.
