Six Obstacles

The Lesson

Demonstrate six strides over ankle-height obstacles on the ground. Each obstacle needs to be five steps (heel-to-toe) apart.

Use water-bottles / cans / bags / improvised obstacles.

Ball of the foot must land on the ground, alternating each leg.

You must be going at a consistent speed. No pausing or stopping.

Repeat twice.
