Sit Start Finish

The Lesson
Using a bar/drainpipe/scaffolding/lamppost next to a wall, start in a seated position and place both feet onto the side of the wall from a sitting position with the bar between your legs.
Place both hands onto the bar and pull yourself up. Now climb up with both hands and feet above head-height from where your feet started on the wall.
Now return back down, finishing in a seated position without the feet touching the ground.
Bar must be circular and any width.
Repeat three times.
