Sideways Traverse

The Lesson

Hang from a bar and move along it facing 90 degrees (perpendicular) from the end of the bar the whole time. You can turn and return back in the opposite direction if needed.

You must traverse 20-steps (heel-to-toe) facing outwards from the bar.

Repeat once per side. (Traveling to your left, and then the right)
