The Lesson

Traverse in any direction on bars/pipe/overhang/scaffolding for twenty seconds while your lower-body, from the hip downwards, does not swing or move while the upper-body does all the movement.

This is to demonstrate core stability and control while swing traversing.

If the bar is not long enough for a continuous traversal for 20 seconds, then you can turnaround while on the bar and continue going back in the opposite direction. You can use multiple bars on a frame to move in any direction.

Repeat twice.
