Reverse Overhang

The Lesson

Demonstrate a roll-off under-hang and back up again. You will need a wall / climbing-frame / roof with an overhang to preform this.

  1. Start on top of the overhang, belly down, chest hanging over the edge.
  2. Hands on your side, facing backwards.
  3. Roll your legs overhead, until you are in a dead-hang position with your back to the wall.
  4. Now reverse the movement, bringing your legs up and back on top of the wall.
  5. Shuffle back until your entire body is back on top.

Repeat twice.

Any body-part can be used to get back on top of the wall.
