The Lesson
Demonstrate a cat-pass on a hip-height or higher railing. The railing must be of scaffolding-width or less and can be circular or flat.
Any take-off or landing is acceptable, however you must start away from the railing and not with your hands on it before the movement starts.
You must perform five repetitions without any twisting of the torso.
