Rail Crane

The Lesson

Demonstrate a crane landing on hip-height railing or higher. The rail must be 6-steps away from the takeoff. The rail must not have any bars or obstructions underneath it for the hanging leg to touch.

You can takeoff two feet or one-foot and land one foot on the top of the rail, with the other hanging down. The hanging leg must be straight.

You can takeoff from the floor, but you must have a clearly marked line on the ground and your foot must not go past it.

The rail must be circular.

You can run into the jump.

Do not twist. Must be facing the same direction as the takeoff.

Repeat three times on both sides, left & right.
