Rail Assassin

The Lesson
Perform the level-2 assassins creed mounting technique but on a circular railing.
- Using a rail at hip-height or higher, place the left foot on top.
- Place a hand on each side of the foot.
- Slowly bring the back (right) leg up onto the rail outside the right hand.
- Use your left hand to push and shift your weight in between both feet.
- Move your left hand inside both feet, next to your right hand.
- Remove both hands.
Repeat this movement three times and then demonstrate using the opposite side. You must stay on the rail for 10-seconds or more in the finished position.
This should demonstrate a good ability for muscle control and balance.
