The Lesson

Perform a cat-pass to precision. The precision landing must not be on flat ground - It needs to be an item that is higher than the floor - a curb, brick, wood, railing, etc.

You must demonstrate a cat-pass over a hip-height obstacle (wall / rail / block / etc) and into a two-foot precision landing with the balls of your feet. You must stick the landing and hold it for 5 seconds.

The landing must be at least three-steps away from the vaulting wall.

You must demonstrate five repetitions with no twisting of the body.
