Lesson Level : 8
Plyo Max
lesson
The Lesson
Plyometric jumping is about combining force with speed in rapid succession. The speed of each explosive jump should help build more momentum up.
Demonstrate two plyometric precision jumps onto two ankle-height obstacles which are four steps (heel-to-toe) or greater apart from each other.
A third plyo jump is then performed at an eight-step distance from the second jump. You must land on a wall/curb/step in a precision.
Each wall / obstacle can only be brick-length or less in width.
Chest should remain up, the jumps must be two-feet together, and you should not pause on any jump. The landing momentum of each jump should be redirected back up for the next jump.
Repeat three times.
