Plyo at Height

The Lesson
Demonstrate three plyometric jumps onto walls that are chest-height or higher. Walls must be brick-length or less in width.
Walls must be four steps (heel-to-toe) distance apart or greater.
Chest should remain up, the jumps must be two-feet together, and you should not pause on any jump. The landing momentum of each jump should be redirected back up for the next jump.
Repeat three times.
