Over a Gap

The Lesson

Perform a side-vault over a height-drop that is at head-height or greater to the base of your takeoff point. The gap must be more than 4-steps wide.

Starting on the opposite side of the gap, you need to dive over the gap, landing the hands on the wall and clear both feet over the wall - landing on the far side of the wall.

The wall must be hip-height or greater and the width to be of standard brick-length or less.

Your chest, torso and hips must be facing the same direction on the takeoff and landing position.

You must repeat three times on each side.
