The Lesson

You can start at the top position or bottom position, but you must demonstrate a muscle-up with a complete bilateral movement of the elbows on a full-height bar that is scaffolding-width or thicker.

Start from a hang or on the top at the waist position.

You must show the pulling action onto the top of the rail in a strict muscle-up.

Repeat twice.

Hands must be pronated, but can be in a false-grip position.
