Low Wall

The Lesson

Demonstrate a standing full speed vault over a knee-high wall or greater that is a standard brick-length wide or less, landing on both feet.

Example:

  1. Start standing in front of the wall and place your right hand on top, palm down facing forwards.
  2. Jump up, leaning onto the right arm.
  3. Bring your hips up high and bring your knees up to your chest.
  4. Pass both feet over the wall to the left of your right hand.
  5. Land on both feet the other side of the wall.
  6. You can be orientated at any angle.

You must perform this three times on each side.

Hand must be flat and no steepled fingers.

No feet should touch the top of the wall.

Any Takeoff is acceptable from standing position.

The hands must be Flat hands
Details
The hand on the wall should be in a flat position, with the full palm touching. No steepled fingers or thumb tucked behind, raising the palm.
