Low Push-Up

The Lesson

Start in the bottom of a push-up position with only your hands and feet touching the ground.

Your chest, hips or knees must remain off the ground the entire time.

Now remaining in that position you can walk or hop forwards for a distance of ten steps (heel-to-toe).

You cannot lie down or stand up.

Your arms must remain completely bent the entire time.

Repeat once.
