The Lesson

Demonstrate an arm-jump where you are standing on a wall and the target wall is the same height. You trajectory will be downwards because the parallel wall will be no higher than where your takeoff feet are.

This is to demonstrate a downwards arm-jump. The height of both walls will need to be chest-height or greater.

Both walls must be 6-steps or further from each other.

Landing with knees bent, one leg higher than the other. One at hip-height, and underneath you. Landing feet first, then hands.

Arms must be bent on landing. Full finger length over the top. No overgrip onto the back edge of the wall - must be on the front edge corner of the wall.

Hold for 3 seconds.

Repeat three times, turning in both directions. Left and Right.
