The Lesson

Demonstrate a Lache to a precision landing at knee-height (or less) that is 6 steps or greater away from the bar. You must stay off the ground for the entire movement.

The lache bar must be over full-stretch height and the precision target must be under knee-height. However, the landing cannot be on the ground.

The target must have a width of brick-length or less. It can also be a railing.

Land in a correct precision and you must not step forwards or backwards or shuffle after your landing.

The lache bar must be scaffolding-width or greater in width.

Repeat three times.
