Kong Cat

The Lesson

Demonstrate a cat-pass (kong) over a hip-height obstacle into an arm-jump (cat-leap) position on a parallel wall that is 4-steps or greater away.

You must land on the front-face of the cat-leap wall with both hands on the front edge. You cannot use an over-grip. You must land the cat-leap with you feet and hands.

You must stick the landing and hold the cat-leap position for three seconds or more.

Repeat three times.

Obstacle that you vault over can be a wall or rail.

The hands should be in a flat position, with the full palm touching. No steepled fingers or thumb tucked behind, raising the palm.
