Higher Obstacle

The Lesson

Perform a side-vault over a higher wall or railing that is chest-height or greater. This is to demonstrate that you can vault higher obstacles in one movement.

Your chest, torso and hips must be facing the same direction on the takeoff and landing position.

You must repeat three times on each side.
