High Slide

The Lesson
Slide-vault over a chest-height or higher obstacle. The obstacle can be a wall, block or rail of any width.
You can approach with speed or perform a standing slide-vault. Nothing but your hands must make contact with the obstacle.
Repeat three times on each side.
