Height Splat-back

The Lesson
Starting from 5-steps away on a hip-height wall/block, from the target wall, jump into a splat-cat position with both hands and feet all on the wall at the same time.
Now push back and away from the wall into a precision back to the take-off position.
Perform a two-foot jump from the hip-height wall/block into the splat cat.
You can use momentum with a run-in or not.
You can land at any height on the wall.
Repeat three times turning in each direction.
