Lesson Level : 7
Head-Height Distance
lesson

The Lesson

The seventh level is to demonstrate a single-leg running jump onto an head-height or greater target with as many steps into the jump that is necessary from a same-level head-height takeoff point.

The target curb/wall/step should be 7-steps (heel-to-toe) or greater from the takeoff point.

You can now take as many steps into the running jump as required to cover the distance.

Any landing is allowed on the target wall/curb/step.

You must repeat three times on each leg.

This is to demonstrate that you can jump a 7-step distance over a head-height gap.
