Ground Strides

The Lesson

Demonstrate six strides onto chalk marker-lines on the ground. Each line needs to be five steps (heel-to-toe) apart.

Ball of the foot must land on each line, alternating each leg.

You must be going at a consistent speed. No pausing or stopping.

Repeat twice.
