Full Palm Spin

The Lesson
Demonstrate a full 180 degree palm spin over a hip-height (or higher) obstacle / wall / block.
Repeat three times on each side.
You must land two feet on the ground without touching the obstacle with your feet.
You must take off two feet and make it over the obstacle and turning 180 degrees to finish facing the opposite direction.
No mats can be used.

One hand facing towards you, one away.
