Full Lazy Rail

The Lesson
Demonstrate a complete lazy-vault over a hip-height railing that is standard scaffolding-bar width or less with no turning or twisting. You can enter and exit the vault at an angle, but you must be travelling in a straight line.
Example:
- Start with the rail to your left side.
- Place your left hand on the rail facing down (pronated grip).
- Swing the left leg over the rail.
- The right leg will follow around the rail.
- Push forwards and keep your hips facing the same direction.
- Place your right hand on the rail behind you as you pass over the rail for stability.
- Any landing is acceptable.
You must show three repetitions in each direction.
The rail must be hip-height or greater and of standard scaffolding bar width or less.
You must travel in a straight line with both hands landing on the rail.
The inside leg must takeoff first.
Any landing is acceptable.
