Lesson Level : 7
Five Climbups
lesson

The Lesson

Starting in a cat-leap position on the side of a head-height wall, demonstrate five strict climb-ups using only your hands and feet. Both elbows must raise up above the wall in parallel and simultaneously.

You must finish each repetition standing on top of the wall, returning back to the cat-leap position with arms straight every time. You must perform these with no rest in-between and no pausing. A constant movement should be evident.

No forearms, elbows, knees, shins, or any other body-part can be used other than the palm of the hands and the feet.

No Over-grip on the opposite of the wall is allowed.

You cannot lift one elbow and then the other. Both at the same time must be raised.

Wall width must be of standard brick-length or less.
