Drop, Push, Stand

The Lesson

This is a three phase movement that you must demonstrate five repetitions of.

Start in a standing position and drop straight in front of you into a push-up position.

Second, dynamically push your torso up and drive your feet from behind you to in front of you like a kash vault on the ground. Landing on your hands and bum.

Third, push yourself forwards into a standing position again. Repeat the whole process.

This is a completely bilateral movement.

Your hands should be flat without any steepling of the fingers.
Your feet should land ahead of your torso when pushing your legs through.
